Do I need an arborist report for development sites?
Irrespective of the size of the proposed development (domestic, Industrial or commercial), local councils now require detailed tree assessments complying with the Australian Standard – Protection of trees on development sites (AS4970-2009).

 

Do I need a permit to remove or prune a tree?

The majority of local councils require permits to remove or prune a tree. This varies with councils, but in the majority of cases a report is necessary, for example the laws change in bush fire prone areas. Tree To Tree customise reports to comply with local councils laws and regulations.
